STRATA TITLE CUSTOMERS AND STRATA MANAGERS

We have had the privilege of providing our gutter cleaning service to the Strata Management Industry for over 20 years. Although our Strata Client List makes up roughly 30% of our overall customer database, it actually provides on average 70% of our total sales per annum.

It is estimated that there are approximately 54,000 strata-titled properties in the greater Sydney area. In the last 20+ years, we have serviced well over 8,000 strata-titled properties, which means that one out of every seven strata-titled properties in Sydney is in our client database!

We currently provide our gutter cleaning and anchor point installation services to over 150 individual strata management companies throughout Sydney.

For our strata managers and executive committee representatives:

  • Each appointment is confirmed in advance by email to both the strata manager and by email and SMS to the onsite contact (when available).

  • Each appointment is confirmed again with the onsite contact the afternoon prior to our appointment.

  • All quotes and invoices have before and after photos provided and attached as standard.

  • Ground-level clean-up of common areas and individual rear yards is considered just as important as cleaning the roof and gutters.

  • Respectful communication with all residents while on site.

  • Risk Assessments are completed for every individual site attendance.

  • Comprehensive WH&S compliance.

  • Social distancing protocols are always employed.

  • We are always happy to meet with Executive Committee Members when quoting and commencing the work; we prefer to do so to promote good communication and a thorough understanding of any questions/concerns.

  • We provide a “scheduled cleaning” option which means we email the strata manager one month prior with a proposed scheduled booking date which can then be approved or postponed as necessary.

  • We also provide a free reminder service if that is the preference of the executive committee.


PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CLIENTS

Tenants occupy most properties managed by a real estate agency – these tenants are just as important to us as the Property Manager and the Owner of the property.

We will communicate thoroughly with each tenant/resident so that they know exactly when we will be attending and what our work will include.

 

For our Property Management Clients:

  • Each appointment is confirmed in advance by email to the Property manager and by SMS to the tenant/resident.

  • Each appointment is confirmed again with the tenant/resident the afternoon prior to our appointment.

  • All quotes and invoices have before and after photos provided and attached as standard.

  • We provide a “scheduled cleaning” option which means we email the property manager 1 month prior with a proposed scheduled booking date which can then be approved or postponed as necessary.

  • We also provide a free reminder service if that is the preference of the property owner/property manager.

  • For health sensitive sites such as hospitals and aged care facilities, we can provide gutter cleaning technicians who have current flu vaccination certification.

  • For Kindergarten and Private School Clients – all of our gutter cleaning technicians have completed certified police background checks

 


COMMERCIAL CLIENTS

We service many commercial properties throughout Sydney – retail, industrial and office complexes. We understand that good communication and timing is critical. For example, some sites require servicing at specific times to minimise contact with pedestrians around the property. As with all of our clients, thorough communication and comprehensive WH&S compliance are very important.


 

GOVERNMENT CLIENTS

With some of Sydney’s largest government properties such as the Royal Botanical Gardens and the NSW Women’s Housing Company on our customer database, we are very experienced in complying with the specific needs and demands of our government clients.
