ARE YOU FULLY INSURED?
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT YOU CAN REACH?
Our ladders can comfortably reach the roof of a four-storey building. Roofs higher than this can usually be accessed via internal staircases, internal ladders and roof access hatches.
HOW WILL YOU ACCESS MY ROOF SAFELY?
We will use our WH&S compliant ladders and height safety equipment to access and work on your roof as safe as possible. This may involve the setting up of temporary anchor points or the supply and installation of permanent anchor points, which are very cost-effective, come with a 10-year warranty and can be used over and over again by any contractor who needs to access your roof.
WHAT EXACTLY WILL YOU DO UP THERE?
We will remove all built-up debris from your roof, valleys and gutters. We will flush your downpipes. We will also report any roof defects that are apparent as we clean your roof and gutters.
WILL YOU CLEAN UP YOUR MESS?
Yes, our policy is to leave your grounds as tidy as we found them, if not cleaner. Any accumulated debris is removed from the site.
CAN YOU INSTALL GUTTER GUARDS?
Yes, we supply and install our own simple, custom-designed gutter guard system at very competitive rates. We will inspect your roof and gutters to ensure that gutter guards are the most effective option for your property and advise you accordingly. We can also supply and install individual downpipe guards.
CAN YOU GIVE ME AN EXACT QUOTE OVER THE PHONE?
No - we will need to visit your property to give you an accurate quote. This is provided free of charge with a free consultation and assessment of your roof and gutters.
AFTER A QUOTE IS GIVEN, HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE THE JOB IS COMPLETED?
Most residential properties can be cleaned on the spot once you have approved our quote. We also offer a $55 (GST inclusive) discount if you accept our quote and go ahead with our service on the same day. This is our reward to you for saving us from having to return and set up again on another day.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME?
Yes - we prefer your presence on-site when we assess and quote as we may need to ask you questions about the problem you are experiencing with the gutters. We may also require access to rear yards. We may require vehicles or washing to be relocated so that we do not soil them.
We would also like to be in the position to offer you our "same day service discount", which is $55 (GST inclusive) off the written quote price. This can only happen if you are available to give us the "go ahead" on the day. You could give us that approval by phone. Of course, we are also always happy to leave you with our written quote to consider at your leisure if you would prefer that option.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?
We only accept electronic payment methods such as Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept cash or cheques. Payment is due immediately on completion of the works and will be handled in a contactless manner by the technician who completes the work.
